By providing transparency and optimising support processes, we have enhanced the overall customer experience.
Pass it all forward 🌍 (Based in Canada)
Pass it all forward approached us to enhance their website's functionality, specifically focusing on optimising the checkout process. By integrating custom input boxes and streamlining database updates, we facilitated accurate tax calculations and seamless transactions, providing a frictionless experience for their customers.
Vanessa McMouse 📚 (Based in Australia)
Vanessa McMouse envisioned a comprehensive book library on her website, and we helped bring her vision to life. Through a user-friendly book management system and personalised trigger notification emails, we created an immersive reading experience that engages users and keeps them coming back for more.
Lilly's Little Lunchbox 🍱 (Based in Australia)
Lilly's Little Lunchbox sought a streamlined ordering system, and we delivered. By creating a new formatted orders database and implementing an admin-only dashboard, we simplified the process of managing orders, allowing for easy organisation and improved efficiency.
Qiderm 💼 (Based in Australia)
Qiderm aimed to enhance their membership management and user experience. We developed a custom signup/login form and personalised members page within the dashboard, along with other features such as newsfeed/notice board functionality and event management through Wix Bookings. These enhancements empower Qiderm's members to stay connected, informed, and engaged within their professional community.
