OUR STRATEGY
Our team initiated the project by migrating data from existing Excel sheets into dynamic databases hosted on the cloud-based Wix platform.
We developed user-friendly front-end forms to facilitate smooth interaction with the databases and implemented task management functionalities to streamline workflow processes.
Additionally, we designed monthly reports summarising task completion status, deadlines, and priority items.
Custom dashboards were created to provide management with actionable insights tailored to their specific requirements. Integration with Azumo's client portal via API enabled automated data processing and task assignment.
Furthermore, we developed a secure login and membership area for external service providers, enabling collaborative project management within the system.
Automated notifications were implemented to keep staff informed of updates from clients and external agencies.
