We built a bespoke CRM within Wix, powered by custom development, to give staff an intuitive yet powerful system tailored to their exact processes.

Staff can log new contracts quickly through a custom-built form. This includes options for entering when maintenance is due and how often it recurs, reducing the risk of jobs being overlooked.
- Maintenance Scheduling & Recurrence
The system automatically tracks upcoming maintenance based on the recurrence rules set at contract creation. This ensures engineers and staff always know which jobs are due, and no service intervals are missed.
- Payment Tracking
Maintenance payments are recorded alongside contracts, providing clear visibility over financials. Staff can forecast revenue from recurring services and track overdue or upcoming payments in one place.
- Customer Archive
Every customer record is securely stored, including those who haven’t used the service for years. This ensures a complete history is always available, useful for both compliance and re-engagement campaigns.
- Wix Security & Reliability
All data is protected within Wix’s secure infrastructure, giving the client peace of mind that sensitive customer details are safeguarded.
