From the very beginning of this project, our strategy was filled with a commitment to collaboration.

Recognising the delicacy of the subject matter, we knew that every step must be taken in harmony with our client's vision and, most importantly, the emotional needs of their audience.

Our collaborative journey was divided into stages, each marked by a shared understanding of the intricate requirements. We approached the design stage hand-in-hand, working meticulously on every element. In doing so, we aimed to ensure that every detail, from imagery to layout, reflected the appropriate tone and sensitivity.

We transitioned to the build phase with the same collaborative spirit. Together with Forget-Me-Not, we crafted a digital presence that would provide solace and support. At every turn, our commitment to creating a site that honoured the memory of beloved pets remained at the forefront.

THE BRIEF

Forget-Me-Not entrusted us to breathe new life into their online presence, one that mirrors the compassion and sensitivity at the core of their pet cremation services. Their brief was clear - a modern and professional website that could delicately resonate with their grieving clients.

Every aspect, from imagery to wording and colour schemes, needed to exude a heartfelt understanding of the emotions their visitors might be experiencing.

Navigating through grief can be complex, so simplicity was paramount in the design. They sought a website that not only conveys empathy but also simplifies the process for those dealing with loss. Forget-Me-Not also had a goal to increase engagement and the number of enquiries coming through their website.
