Using the SCORM Cloud API, we built a flawless connection between CPD Vault and their course library.

Any course created in SCORM Cloud syncs directly to the CPD Vault platform, ensuring content is always up to date without manual duplication.

Custom Member Roles & Access Control:
We coded a role-based access system that allows company administrators to assign courses to employees according to job role and compliance requirements. This ensures staff only see the training relevant to them, while admins retain full oversight.

Subscription & Renewal System:
All courses are tied to company subscriptions which automatically renew each year. This recurring system was developed to minimise administrative overhead, ensuring compliance is maintained without companies needing to track dates manually.

Employee Dashboard & Tracking:
A secure, custom-built dashboard gives subscribing companies a real-time view of their team’s progress, deadlines, and completion records. All training data is tracked and logged, making reporting simple and auditable.

Scalability & Reliability:
The platform was architected with future growth in mind, able to handle an increasing number of users, courses, and organisations without performance issues.
